It’s bad when you want a milkshake and your wife wants a sundae and I call burger den to see if they do sundaes and no one answers the phone. I can’t wait for Dairy Queen to open.

The food is good. Service is a great way to start your day. Price is good. I recommend eating here.

Very rude cashiers during lunch time. They take forever despite having relatively slow business. I used to support this restuarant because they are local, but lately the rude service is unacceptable. Food has always been decent, nothing to write home about but better burgers than McDonald's.

Burger Den is a great place for home style cooking.

Really good onion rings and hamburger steak. The coke was good also. Only thing is they were out of slaw.

Was traveling for vacation stopped at this lil place to eat. The people are very friendly and my order was exactly what I wanted to eat. No gimmicks, no hassle. Just good food and satisfied customer.

Great food, prices, & portions!

Wont be going back here which is a shame because I love their food ,but not enough to be treated awful the whole time I'm there they need better people working there or to train the employees better on customer service I was never greeted never thanked for coming nothing not one word but the price of the food and was basically thrown my bag of food out the window then she slammed it shut and continued to flirt w a worker guy behind the counter smh like I said wont be back unfortunately I could've let it go one time giving the benefit that she was just having a bad day but 3 TIMES ABSOLUTELY NOT

Horrible customer service! Rudeness from people that hate their jobs. The owners obviously don't care because it's been this way for years! Yes, the biscuits are great, just don't ever go there after breakfast!

Can not seem to be able to keep the phone on the hook. It seems like it is almost intentional. I always call my lunch in ahead of time because I have limited time for lunch and it takes a while for them to make it. I am very disappointed with the service and will probably not be back.

My favorite "fast food" burger in the area. Burger Den's food has been great every time I've eaten it and they are consistent between locations.

The food here is a major upgrade if you were to compare it to typical fast food. I'm literally addicted to the big breakfast with bacon. It's a religious experience. & it's only $4.99. You gotta go!!

Very dirty, when I sat down I saw hair on the seat and the windowsill had crumbs all over it and the table had definitely not been cleaned at least since the last person that was there. And they got our order wrong. Definitely not coming back

Drove by during the morning hours and saw the place was packed so we decided to come back for lunch since it had to be good. After waiting forever for our food we were very disappointed. Burgers were not good at all. The BBQ was straight out or a can. We had hope for some good family style food. We left disappointed.

They take there phone off the hook....and do not care about the customer at all .......iv been going there for about a month and every week they have the phone off .....they will no longer get mine or my friends busines.....

Sometimes it takes a LONG TIME in the drive thru now. Their bacon a lot of the times now is chewy so if you like crispy bacon you might want to tell them. They have very nice people working there but you can tell they have a different cook. There food doesn't quite taste the same. It's not bad just different.

I would give zero stars if I could they are rude and can NEVER get a order correct. They are to busy wanting to take a smoke break they don't care about waiting on or taking care of their customers. Thankfully, more food options are opening up around them. If they keep this up they will lose all their business. Which will serve them right

Burgers that taste like burgers!

I ordered a cheese burger from the kids menu for my son and he always gets it without the bun. After ordering it I asked the cashier to make sure it was from the kids menu and she said yes. Upon picking up the order I noticed there were no fries so I reminded her that the kids menu comes with fries and a drink. She tells me that a cheese burger without the bun is not in the kids menu. I ended up having to buy an order of fries for my son and the cashier did seem interested in making my sons order correct. Very poor customer service especially after she confirmed I was getting a kids menu item

Biscuits were great. The country ham was on the salty side for my taste but overall it was great. Quick and fast service.

Good burgers and onion rings. I will be back.
